Common Loons

Loons have always held a special place in my photography. Their beauty first caught my attention, but their personalities kept me returning—their calls, their moods, their curiosity, and their quiet presence on the water. They are completely wild, yet somehow approachable. Through these images, I hope to share more than what a loon looks like. I want to share something of what it feels like to encounter one.
